Last night, I bought a !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! , but received an email from the seller notifying me that they no longer stocked the wrenches. In apology, they offered me a similar, made in America set for the same price. I'm really impressed because the alternative set is more expensive, but they are honoring the price of my original purchase.

That's great customer service.

I ordered one type of frame slider for my Gw250. They sent me sliders for a different bike. They sent me the correct type, and let me keep the other ones free of charge, which just meant Ebay time!

That's awesome! I hope you were able to sell them. $$$

It just makes my day when a company holds itself accountable. Makes them more reputable in my eyes.

It wasn't a cheap product either. $120 for the correct sliders. $90 for the others. I was able to sell the others, for $85, So no complaints there.

I also see that as being more reputable. They were quick, polite and no questions asked sent me the correct product. I'll be for sure doing business with them again over any other.
